Going and Selling Green

Chartreuse is a fabulous line of products that can help anyone achieve a greener life.  They have a wide array of products to choose from like organic personal care, cleaning products, and Reusable Essentials.  My favorite has to be the Just For Kids Body Wash made with sweet orange essential oil.  Yummy!  The great thing about Chartreuse is that they offer an opportunity for you to start a business that is fun and helps the environment at the same time.  I spoke with Corey Meiringer who is a founding consultant and this is what she had to say:

1. Tell us about the quality of the ingredients in Chartreuse products?

At Chartreuse we use certified organic ingredients (see our labels..nothing is left out) No phthalates, parabens or sulfates. There are no artificial colors or fragrances. All of our products at Chartreuse must pass four important criteria: They must be earth-friendly, fun and fashionable, reasonably priced, and they must work as well, if not better than conventional products.

2. I see that you are a founding consultant for this company, what prompted you to join this company?

As a scuba diver, I was dismayed at the shocking realization that portions of our oceans contain more plastic than plankton; this was the “eye opener” that began my pledge to  help others in my community reduce the waste/plastics in their homes. While searching for green, environmentally-safe products, I came across Chartreuse. I tried the cleaning and child care products…they worked so well I signed up as a consultant that day.

3. Tell me how someone else could get involved in selling Chartreuse?

Our products are easy to sell because they are fashionable, reasonably priced and environmentally conscious. 4. What type of person may be interested in becoming an Eco-Consultant?

An empty nester who is passionate about going green and would like a business of their own. Or someone who is looking for a change, something to call their own, contribute to the family next egg or earning income to pay their children’s education, retirement or even a second home.

5. What happens at your parties?

Our Eco-parties are informative (not just sales sessions) we share ideas and tips for going green. Our party themes include: How to Read Labels, Organic Baby Care, Go Green Save Green, Reusable Essentials and our fabulous new Spa Party.
