I am having so much fun these days on Pinterest. I have created boards for every meal imaginable in addition to tons of other things. To start off our Pinterest Blitz Week we are making wonderful suggestions for the best gluten free recipes. I compiled a list of the best gluten free recipes to start pinning on Pinterest. We asked our readers to send in some of their favorites and this is what we came up with. Just click on the recipes you like and pin them to your boards if they sound good to you. Have fun and happy pinning! Stay tuned for other great categories to pin this week…

Cinnamon Quill ~ Vegan, Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are simply the best cookie recipe that I have made that is gluten free. They turn out perfect everytime and the dough taste good too! yes, I do that:)

Gluten Free Marble Cake from The Spunky Coconut has been a heavily requested recipe wether they are gluten free or not. It is a TOTAL hit. 5 stars

Gluten Free Banana Bread by Hip Moms Go Green ~ is one of my favorite recipes. I love how moist it is on the inside with just the perfect texture. Also dairy and soy free too. This bread is so good toasted in the morning with a little coconut oil spread on it….yummy!

Deep Dish Cookie Pie from Chocolate Covered Katie my sweet friend made this for her son’s birthday and he LOVED it. More importantly the non gluten free eaters could not believe how good it was. NO ONE suspected it was actually healthy and made with beans. A sure thing!

Cinnamon Pecan Brittle from Elana’s Pantry is perfect if you like sweet and crispy nuts. This makes a great gift or welcome to the neighborhood gift.

Salted Butter Caramel Ice Cream from David Lebovitz is nothing more than the best thing you will put in your mouth. It does have dairy but gluten free for sure.

Gluten Free Girl ~ Cornbread Recipe is the BEST cornbread ever. The combination of flours is brilliant. I use it for cornbread dressing during the holidays and it turns out perfect every time. The only thing I substitute is flax and water for the eggs.
Dark Chocolate Brownies from Gluten Free Goddess are delicious and very easy to throw together. Should be added to your dessert library for sure.

Now with a coeliac in the household i have even more excuse to make it again. Not that you need an excuse with it being healthier!
