My sister-in-law made this salsa for me one night years ago and I was hooked forever. Growing up in Texas allows you to try and experiment with many types of salsa. This one is super easy to make and delicious. Thanks Tam.

*All ingredients are organic
1 can organic Muir Glen diced tomatoes
Big handful of cilantro
4 green onions
4 cloves garlic coarse chopped
Sea Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse 4 times. You want this salsa to be blended but, still a bit chunky. If you blend the salsa too much it changes the taste so don’t over do it.
2. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
*Make sure that your tortilla chips are organic, there is a lot of GMO corn out there.
Enjoy!

Wow – first of all I’m honored that my salsa recipe made it on the hipmomsgogreen website!
This recipe has proved itself over and over through the years. I’ve found that it’s a great snack to have sitting out as well as a side dish to a batch of homemade cheese enchiladas or your favorite mexican dish. Over the years I’ve tweeked it a bit try chopping the onions by hand and adding them to the tomatoes after they’ve been blended. Also a dash of black pepper and a couple Tblspoons of lime juice give it extra flavor! Have plenty of chips and enjoy!
